Order Policy Information

Delivery of e-books: I will send the download link (or otherwise provide you with access to the e-book) as soon as I receive your request, which will be the next time I check my e-mail. I check for new e-mail messages at least twice per day.

Privacy policy: We will not share or release any of your information unless compelled by a court order. On rare occasions we publish a comment or question. When we do that, we will not use your full name unless you authorize that; most comments or questions are published without any name associated, or with a first name only. If you do not want your comment or question published, include “DO NOT PUBLISH” in your subject line. It's that simple.
