Order Policy Information

Return/Cancellation policy: Physical items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, minus any shipping charges, if they are in like-new condition. Downloaded items, including e-books and burglar deterrent sounds, are not returnable or refundable. Exceptions: With many of my e-books, I offer a 100% refund if you find (within 30 days of your purchase) a competitive book or e-book that contains all of the same great information I include in my books. See the relevant web page for the specific guarantee. In addition to those guarantees, with my weight loss book I offer $1000 to any purchaser who finds (within 30 days of your purchase) a source that presents better, easier, safer, and more pleasant ways to lose weight than the tips in the current edition of my weight loss book.

Delivery of digital goods (e.g., e-books): I will send the download link (or otherwise provide you with access to the purchased item) as soon as I receive your order, which will be the next time I check my e-mail. I check for new e-mail messages at least twice per day.

Shipping policy: Orders are shipped the same day you place your order or the next day on which mail service is available (i.e., every day except all Sundays and USPS holidays), depending on the time your order was received. Orders are shipped via the route you specified in your order (typically First Class Mail or Priority Mail). See the order page for the current shipping rates. If your address is listed as "Unconfirmed," I will contact you via e-mail to confirm it before shipment. If you do not respond within three days, I will send another message to the e-mail address you used to place the order. It is your responsibility to confirm your address within 30 days.

Privacy policy: We do not share any of your information with any other people or companies.

Price or feature change policy: The order page reflects the most current prices for the items shown. I must occasionally increase my prices to keep up with inflation or to adjust for a product that was previously priced too low. For example, Advanced Enlargement previously sold for $49.94 with lifetime upgrades to the latest edition — which, frankly, was an incredible bargain for my readers, but less than 10% of what it is truly worth. I therefore decided to keep that price but to change the terms so that $49.94 buys you the current version, not the current version and all future versions. I may have references in one or more of my books or web sites that reflect the older prices and terms, but they are superceded by the new pricing schedule on the order page and this page.
